Backed by years of Electric Vehicle knowledge, a partnership with ChargePoint Inc. and a strong team of electrical contractors, at Foreseeson Technology, we provide products and services for EV Drivers in the residential, commercial and fleet industry.

EVSE Team is looking for an Administrative/Sales Coordinator!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains confidential files of clients and inter-office communications
  • Follow-up business leads/clients by sending quotations, proposals and other related communications.
  • Responds to email inquiries and coordinate with Project Managers, electricians  &  installers.
  • Prepare PO’s, invoices, other related documentations and do some data entries
  • Ensure that all customers inquiries and other issues were resolved in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Assists EVSE team with some sales coordination tasks and other related administrative reports.
  • Provides liaison coordination with different departments including accounting department.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications:

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels in the organization.
  • At least with admin, project coordination or customer service work experiences.
  • A detail-oriented and organized person is a must and can do multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to learn new process quickly
  • With Quick Book knowledge is an asset.
