We are seeking an energetic, highly organized Marketing Coordinator with a passion for event planning and corporate marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending creativity with logistics. In addition to executing digital marketing campaigns and managing social media, the successful candidate will play a key role in planning and delivering high-impact client-facing events and corporate activations.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of corporate marketing experience and has hands-on experience coordinating tradeshows, appreciation events, conferences, or large-scale corporate events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Event Planning & Coordination (Primary Focus)

  • Lead or support the planning, promotion, and execution of corporate events including client appreciation events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, signage, promotional items, registration, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure event objectives align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets, ensuring all elements are executed on time and within scope.
  • Track and evaluate event performance and attendee engagement to inform post-event reports and future planning.

2. Digital Marketing Execution

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media content, website updates, and paid ads (PPC/SEO).
  • Maintain and schedule content calendars across all platforms to grow online presence and audience engagement.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and contribute insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Work with designers and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns and events.

3. Brand & Content Development

  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and physical marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, banners, and event-related materials.
  • Assist in writing content for email campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

4. Team Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and internal teams to support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and assist in tracking marketing budgets and ROI reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate marketing, with proven experience supporting or leading events.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools, marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.

The Account Manager, Distribution Channel will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key distribution partners, driving sales through channel networks, and expanding EVSE’s presence in the EV charging market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills and a proven ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Channel Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a distribution channel sales strategy to expand EVSE’s market presence.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new distribution partners to increase product reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners to drive sales performance.
  • Provide partners with sales tools, product training, and marketing support to enhance their ability to sell EVSE’s products.

Account Management & Partner Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key distribution partners, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop incentive programs, promotions, and pricing strategies to enhance distributor engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess performance and align strategies.

Market Growth & Strategy Execution:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new distribution networks.

Revenue & Performance Management:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent with work experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B channel sales, distribution management, or account management, preferably in EV charging, automotive, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing distribution networks to achieve revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics to drive decision-making.

An experienced Production supervisor will be responsible for the overall production leadership on the 2nd shift (4:30 pm-1:00 am) in the following areas: SMT, TH, and Assembly.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for the timely completion of job assignments.
  • Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations. Interprets job specifications and assigns employees duties.
  • Assists employees in adhering to set work procedures.
  • Responsible for establishing and implementing an employee cross-training program to maximize production throughput while minimizing labor expenses.
  • Uses knowledge of machine capacities and equipment performance to complete production schedules on time.
  • Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase department efficiency.
  • Analyzes and resolves production issues and is responsible for moving jobs through production to meet OTD requirements.
  • Reports issues and situations between employees to the proper management personnel.
  • Initiates and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals.
  • Recommends and initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
  • May train new workers.
  • Maintains good housekeeping/5S, maintenance, and updates skills matrix in the production line.
  • May confer with other Managers / Supervisors to coordinate activities to ensure targets are being met.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in PWB manufacturing or engineering leadership.
  • BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Must be able to anticipate potential problems, both internal and external, to the specific department(s) being supervised.
  • Must possess the ability to lead and give clear direction to others.
  • Program management experience desired with a strong ability to communicate with the end customer.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to use strong problem-solving skills to make sound technical decisions based on experience, knowledge, and logical thinking.
  • Understanding of industry-standard specifications such as IPC and military as they relate to PWBs.
  • Knowledgeable in program management, scheduling, and statistical process control methods. Experience with electrical test programming is a plus.

OVERVIEW

The Production Worker will independently perform product assembly, component preparation, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to operate SMT machines (printer, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, etc.).
  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the time when job is performed.
  • Prepares components and assembles new product in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC.
  • Manages time to ensure product is built and repaired to meet expected delivery date
  • Records all work performed on Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repair products.
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design.
  • Maintains manufacturing equipment and uses it with care.
  • Maintains a clean working area.
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives
  • May work occasionally on special projects.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications on IPC 610, J-STD-0004, knowledge in ISO 9001, with industrial, mechanical or electronic background.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2–5-year experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry preferred
