Foreseeson is looking for a Software Applications and Process Developer/Engineer to join its innovative products and solutions team. This role is for an experienced Engineer driving high quality and rapid releases while providing software project management withing the team.

As a Software Applications and Process Developer/Engineer, you will work in a cross functional team of 4 to 8 team members, reporting to the CTO. You will work closely with your team and across Divisions of the Company. You will collaborate on product and architecture design, while improving the quality and frequency with which we release innovative and enhanced product features.

Your primary key performance indicator will be the quality of code delivered by you. Additionally, you will be measured on the speed and efficiency with which you deliver software releases.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Improvement
    • Understand the Company’s operational processes across its Divisions.
    • Make improvements to process with respect to features, efficiency and reliability.
    • Define project goals and deliverables that support the Company’s business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end using a defined project management methodologies.
    • Implement the improved process and train the other employees.
    • Continuously improve the processes.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation within the Company’s operational processes
    • Identify the traditional operational processes and implement AI supported solutions to improve productivity and future growth.
    • Evaluate AI software from third parties and integrate into company process.

  • Software development
    • Develop software for Foreseeson products.
    • Develop software and dashboards for process Improvement and networked product management and maintenance.

  • Plan overall system architectures based on understanding of the industry and application.
  • Derive key solutions through analysis of support issues and problems (qualitative analysis and quantitative data).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and successfully managing projects.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • AI Application experience.
  • Good knowledge of Computing Science fundamentals - data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
  • Ability to write documents that are easy to understand, concise, and refined
  • A strong grasp of information technology concepts and processes.
  • Good understanding of various customer relationships and makes decisions and plans based on data analysis.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing campaigns and running successful corporate events. With a strong background in corporate marketing (minimum of 2 years), the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure seamless project execution and brand alignment across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digital Marketing Execution:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
  • Manage and schedule content across digital platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure quality deliverables.

2. Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and appreciation events.
  • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and distribute pre-event marketing materials, including invitations and social media promotions.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

An experienced Production supervisor will be responsible for the overall production leadership on the 2nd shift (4:30 pm-1:00 am) in the following areas: SMT, TH, and Assembly.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for the timely completion of job assignments.
  • Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations. Interprets job specifications and assigns employees duties.
  • Assists employees in adhering to set work procedures.
  • Responsible for establishing and implementing an employee cross-training program to maximize production throughput while minimizing labor expenses.
  • Uses knowledge of machine capacities and equipment performance to complete production schedules on time.
  • Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase department efficiency.
  • Analyzes and resolves production issues and is responsible for moving jobs through production to meet OTD requirements.
  • Reports issues and situations between employees to the proper management personnel.
  • Initiates and suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work goals.
  • Recommends and initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
  • May train new workers.
  • Maintains good housekeeping/5S, maintenance, and updates skills matrix in the production line.
  • May confer with other Managers / Supervisors to coordinate activities to ensure targets are being met.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in PWB manufacturing or engineering leadership.
  • BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Must be able to anticipate potential problems, both internal and external, to the specific department(s) being supervised.
  • Must possess the ability to lead and give clear direction to others.
  • Program management experience desired with a strong ability to communicate with the end customer.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to use strong problem-solving skills to make sound technical decisions based on experience, knowledge, and logical thinking.
  • Understanding of industry-standard specifications such as IPC and military as they relate to PWBs.

The Production Worker will independently perform product assembly, component preparation, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to operate SMT machines (printer, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, etc.).
  • Follows all necessary safety requirements at all the time when job is performed.
  • Prepares components and assembles new product in accordance with the manufacturing documentation and thoroughly ensures that the product is manufactured to quality requirements.
  • Reports all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Manager, Production Engineer, and/or QC.
  • Manages time to ensure product is built and repaired to meet expected delivery date.
  • Records all work performed on Product Travelling Sheet including parts consumed and labour for new and repair products.
  • Provides feedback and improvement suggestions considering manufacturability and other aspects of design.
  • Maintains manufacturing equipment and uses it with care.
  • Maintains a clean working area.
  • Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
  • May work occasionally on special projects.
  • It would be an advantage if you have certifications on IPC 610, J-STD-0004, knowledge in ISO 9001, with industrial, mechanical or electronic background.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2–5-year experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services industry preferred.
  • Good communications.
  • Ability to work along with others.
  • Ability to operate machines and follow procedures accordingly.
