An experienced Manufacturing Engineer evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; and soliciting observations from operators and/or another cross functional team. Improvements in manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout using lean manufacturing concept are one of his/her key job and assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
You are also working as a Master Scheduler, coordinating the activities from Receiving to Shipping since everything is tied to Time study.

REQUIREMENTS:
We are expanding the business and are looking for a full-time PRODUCTION WORKER to join our Electronic Manufacturing team. This will be a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (maximum 8 hours per day) and some Saturdays may be required.
The Production Worker will independently perform TH manual soldering, inspection, functional test, packaging, and repair activities ensuring conformity of products to expectations. Adheres to ESD protection and ensures proper handling of product and its components.
